The Heritage Heights Secondary Plan is approximately 3000 acres comprised of low to medium density residential units, employment lands, significant open space and the north south leg of the future GTA West Highway.
Urbantech was retained to provide developer group engineering services for the entire 3000 acres and provide engineering support for the future planning approvals.
The Heritage Heights Secondary Plan is the last large Secondary Plan area in the City of Brampton, part of larger Official Plan Amendment approved in 2005 referred to as Northwest Brampton, Urbantech has been actively involved in Northwest Brampton since 2003.
